As Chairman of the ECOWAS Citizens Union, Youssouf Barry has led efforts to enhance regional integration and advocate for the rights of citizens in the ECOWAS region.

Leadership Induction at Tabital Pulaaku Liberia

On February 2, 2025, Mr. Barry was re-elected as President of Tabital Pulaaku Liberia (TPL) for the 2025-2028 term. The induction ceremony, held at the Ministerial Complex in Monrovia, focused on enhancing the Fula community’s role in Liberia through initiatives in census, cultural heritage, and educational opportunities.
