Currently serving as the Credit and Commercial Manager at Afriland First Bank Liberia Limited, Youssouf has proven expertise in credit risk management, operations management, and customer relationship management. With a strategic focus on enhancing portfolio performance, he has consistently contributed to the growth and operational excellence of the bank.

Throughout his career, Youssouf has held several key positions, including Credit Manager and Acting Credit Manager at Afriland First Bank, where he successfully led teams, developed marketing strategies, and assessed corporate and individual credit applications. He also has a deep understanding of the financial sector, with a strong track record of negotiating and managing credit facilities for major institutions.
